Create
a QR Code (QRickit) for Calendar Event or Reminder (iOS)
When
scanned, mobile users (iOS only) can add your event or reminder to their calendar:
NOTE:
Please only fill in necessary information as the more information
you add, the larger the QR Code image becomes — making it more
difficult to be scanned and read properly by QR Code readers.
Please test with several popular QR Code readers/devices before distributing
it. If it is difficult to read, then remove some of the data.
Note that some lower quality or older QR Code readers may not
be able to read Calendar Event QR Codes properly.
NOTE for Android Users: This type of QR Code is not compatible with the default calendar app (Google Calendar) on Android devices.
For Android devices, first create/publish your calendar event using your Google Calendar account and copy the share link (URL).
Then use this link (URL) in the QRickit QR Code Creator for URL to create a QR Code to share your calendar event.
